How it works
Getting started is straightforward.
Telehealth appointments at MassPS work the same way as in-person visits. You'll see your regular provider, discuss your care, and manage prescriptions, all through a secure telehealth visit.

Call us at 508.418.6888 or reach out through the contact form. Let us know you'd prefer a telehealth visit and we'll set it up.
Step 02
Get set up
We'll send you clear, simple instructions for joining your appointment ahead of time. Nothing complicated to figure out.
Step 03
Join from anywhere
Follow the instructions at your appointment time. Your provider will be there. That's it.
What to know
A few things to have ready.
A private space
You don't need much. Just a quiet spot where you can speak freely. A parked car, a bedroom, or a private office all work fine.
A stable connection
Wi-Fi works best for a clear, uninterrupted connection. If it drops, your provider can help you reconnect right away — nothing is lost.
Your pharmacy info
If your appointment involves a prescription, have your pharmacy name and location handy. We can send it electronically.
A few minutes early
Test your camera and mic before the appointment starts. Your browser may ask for permission the first time; just click Allow.
Already a patient? Log in to your portal.
Manage appointments, review visit notes, send messages to your care team, and request prescription refills, all through our patient portal.
